About this model
Nine single-layer squares spread across the corners, edges and centre of the bed. When it finishes you feel each square: if one comes out translucent and rough the nozzle is too far away in that zone; if another looks squashed and glossy it is too close. It beats printing a large part and finding out half an hour in that the first layer never stuck. Published by Prusa Research under the GNU GPL v2.0, so it can be modified and redistributed under the same licence.
