Data controller

Mexican data protection law (LFPDPPP, the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties) requires identifying the controller and its address.

The contact point for anything related to personal data is hola@tridysign.com, a real, monitored address. If you need the controller’s full registered details to exercise your rights or for a formal procedure, write to us and we will provide them in writing.

What we collect today

TRIDYsign is a statically generated site. In its current state:

• There are no user accounts and no login.
• There are no comments and no profiles.
• There is no ad tech connected, no ad networks, and no third-party tracking pixels.
• There is no analytics tool connected. We do not use Google Analytics or any equivalent.
• Fonts are self-hosted on this domain, so loading a page makes no request to third-party font servers.
• The 3D files and products we mention live on other sites: clicking through takes you off this site and their policy applies.

In short: browsing TRIDYsign requires no personal data from you, and today we collect none from your visit.

Email newsletter

The subscription form on the homepage is not connected to any email provider yet. It validates the address format in your browser and sends it nowhere, as the form itself declares. There is therefore no subscriber list.

When a provider is connected, this notice will be updated before the form accepts a single address, and will state which company operates it, where the data is stored and how to unsubscribe.

Hosting and server logs

The site is served from third-party infrastructure which, like any web server, may temporarily log IP addresses and technical request data for security and operational purposes. That logging is controlled by the hosting provider, not by us.

Your rights

Mexican law gives you the right to access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise those rights, write to hola@tridysign.com.

With the site in its current state, the honest answer to an access request will most likely be that we hold no data about you. The channel exists and is monitored regardless.

Minors

The site is not directed at minors and does not request personal data from them. Several of the techniques we document involve high temperatures, moving parts and chemicals: adult supervision is essential.
