Resin
Resina tipo ABS
A resin formulated to behave like ABS in toughness and impact resistance while still printing on a 405 nm MSLA machine. Anycubic publishes 1.06 to 1.09 g/cm³ density to ASTM D792 for its ABS-Like Resin 3.0 (midpoint 1.08), 38–45 MPa tensile strength, 130 J/m Izod impact and 3.9 to 4.9 % volume shrinkage, lower than standard resin.
Safety and handling
Identical precautions to any 405 nm resin, and no fewer for being called 'ABS-like': nitrile gloves, safety glasses, a ventilated room, no skin contact, and immediate soap-and-water washing if it happens. Washing is done with ethanol or isopropyl alcohol followed by a UV cure; until the part is cured it is still resin and still an irritant. Used resin and alcohol are hazardous waste: cure them in sunlight until solid and take them to a collection point, never down the drain. Note that 'low odour' does not mean 'no emissions': ventilation remains mandatory.

Strengths
- Much tougher than standard resin: 130 J/m versus 102 J/m Izod impact
- Lower volume shrinkage (3.9–4.9 %), so flat parts warp less
- High surface hardness (Shore D 83–86)
- Good print success rate and low odour according to the maker
- Keeps the fine detail of resin
Weaknesses
- 'ABS-like' describes behaviour, not composition: it is still a photopolymer acrylate with the same handling risks
- More expensive than standard resin
- Does not resist strong solvents such as acetone once cured
- Needs the same full post-processing: wash and cure
- Slightly slower exposure on some machines (2–3.6 s per layer)
